The luky88 registration process is designed to ensure every account is unique, valid and accountable.

• Each user is only allowed to hold one account that is active at any one time. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their account username and password are kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility, including if the account is accessed by a third party without your authorisation.
• luky88 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account during a review or identity verification process.

luky88 provides a range of secure and fast payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Deposits will be credited to the account once transaction confirmation is received. luky88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems or banks.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except cryptocurrency deposits, which will be converted at the current exchange rate.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally between 5 and 30 minutes once the request is approved.
• luky88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method registered in the same user's name.
• Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement will result in the cancellation of that bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users are eligible for a 120% welcome bonus up to a maximum of RM1,000 on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM1,000 → account balance RM2,800 → wagering requirement RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• luky88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash and are subject to the wagering requirements stated for each promotion.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
• Other promotions such as weekly VIP cashback, referral programmes and periodic promotions will have their own conditions communicated at the time the offer is made.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that can be verified by the luky88 system.
• luky88 reserves the right to void bets or games involved in any technical disruption and will return the original stake to the user's account.
• Bets accepted by the system before a disruption occurs will be considered valid unless there is evidence to the contrary from system records.
